The Lattice Girder / Continuous High Chairs / Hystools / Deck Chairs are used to ensure reinforcement mesh remains in place while concrete is placed and compacted. Their primary goal is to maintain a correct level of concrete cover, reducing the chances of corrosion and improving the reinforcing ability of the fabric to an optimum level. Chairs also ensure an equal distance is maintained between reinforcement slabs, and are also commonly used in walls as spacers between components. The standard two metre long Continuous Hystools are particularly suitable for ground floor slabs as their unique design eliminates any danger of puncturing damp proof membranes.

Manufactured from hard drawn wire and available in standard lengths of 2000mm and 1000mm. Continuous Hy-Chairs are suitable for supporting top reinforcement. Can also be used for spacing top and bottom layers of mesh.
