Custom Spring & Forms

Our custom spring and wire forms are available in a range of materials, including exotic materials, copper, and stainless steel. Precision wire forms can be manufactured to specific angle and length requirements with our high-speed, fourslide machines and CNC wire formers. Our automatic machines allow precision accuracy and repeatability for any volume order.

Our secondary operation capabilities can also be used to produce small orders of wire forms, which are normally not suitable for automatic formation. Customers can also choose from a range of finishing options for wire forms, including surface treatment, plating, and cleaning.

Design assistance and verification of your designs are performed by our engineering department. We accept your designs in the following formats – .DWF, .DWG, DXF, FBX, JPG, PRT, SAT, TIF, STP, and PDF. Our staff can handcraft prototypes for your approval, prior to fabricating final tooling.
